DayaDraws’ T.O.S (“Terms of Service”).BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT:-You will comply with, and be bound by the following Terms of Service-Payment must be made first before I start the artwork. Only via PayPal
-Once commission has been accepted and you have paid, there will be no refund.
-Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances.
-Commission might take 7 days of work.
-I retain my rights to my commissions and all commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly with credit to the owner of the commission.
-Commission will not be used for commercial purposes, only personal purposes.
-Chargebacks, and non-consensual refunds are no permitted.
-I have rights to stop the commission half-way and refund the money (in full) to you whenever.
-I will appreciate if you credit me under the name “DayaDraws” when uploading the artwork.
-You are legally responsible of handling online purchases using a verified account.
-You are the person who owns the Paypal account, credit card or bank account and are authorized to make the transaction, and if you use someone’s Paypal account, you are authorized by that person.
-I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.
-T.O.S is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.Artwork Process:-Once you start working on the commission with me I will need you to send me references, at least 3, and more than that if you want something hard to explain for the changes you are allowed to do on certain stages of the commission.
-You will only get 2 revisions in the sketch or inking stage and 1 during the coloring stage, in this stage the changes must be simple. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.
-Final product will be turned in through email in PNG format .
